One date, three phases
Everything is counted from the opening day. Each service has a planned ready day, a latest ready day and the days of work it needs.

- 01Set the dateThe kind of launch, the opening day and time, and where it happens.
- 02Build the expectationTeaser reels, pieces, carousels and countdown stories placed on the countdown.
- 03Plan the dayAn hour-by-hour run sheet; the covered hours become coverage blocks, live hours and creator visits.
- 04Follow through and sendLanding page, WhatsApp flow, your contact list, follow-ups and a report. Then send the plan.
The countdown
Planned ready day of each service, from the strategy workshop at D-24 to the launch report at D+16. When time is short the work moves later, never past each service's latest day.

Days of notice
The opening must be at least 7 days away and within a year.
Days for a build-up
With less time the build-up is switched off; the strategy and the opening day still fit.
Days to reply
Work starts two days after you send the plan at the earliest. When time is short the work is compressed, never past each service's latest day.
Coverage blocks
Covered hours of the run sheet, rounded up to 2-hour blocks, up to 6 hours.
After 21:00
On the coverage block that ends after 21:00.
Sundays and holidays
On coverage, live stories and creators, up to +45 % in all.
