It covers the E-Content Launch Plan app for Android and explains what happens to the information you enter in it.

What this notice covers

The notice covers the app on your phone: the services and estimates, the launch plans you prepare, saved plans and the ways the app hands a plan to you to send.

The services and prices in the app

The services, prices, rules and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and reveal nothing about you.

The launch plan you prepare

A launch plan holds your brand name, the kind of launch, the opening date and time, the place, the services and quantities you choose and the estimate. The plan you are working on and the plans you save stay on your phone.

The opening-day run sheet

The run sheet lists the moments of your opening day with their times. It is part of the plan and stays on your phone until you send it.

Your name and contact details

To let us reply, a plan can include your name, a phone number and an email address, and a preferred time for a first meeting. You type them yourself and all are optional.

Your customer list stays yours

If you add the contact list clean-up, the app only records how many contacts your list has and your statement that your customers authorised you to process their data. The app never reads, imports or stores anyone's contacts and does not ask for the contacts permission.

WhatsApp Business

If you add the WhatsApp Business flow, the app records only your statement that you have or will create a WhatsApp Business account. It stores no numbers, accounts or passwords.

Where your data is stored

Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.

Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

No account, no cloud copy

The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

What the app does not collect

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

No internet access

The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Sending a plan by email

When you tap Email the plan, the app opens your own email app with the plan written in it and addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Calling us

When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with our number filled in. The call is made only if you start it.

Sharing or copying a plan

Share opens the Android share sheet with the plan, and Copy puts it on the clipboard. Where it goes next is your choice.

How we use a plan you send

A plan you send reaches us through the channel you used. We use it to prepare a proposal and to reply about the scope, dates and values.

Ask us directly how long we keep messages and plans.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law

You can edit, duplicate or delete saved plans at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone.

Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask E-CONTENT STRATEGY SAS to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Send such requests to hola@econtent.com.co.

Changes and contact

If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
